In 2018-2020, I was in charge of the digital design of Decathlon Israel. I designed launches for four branches in different cities where each was unique to the city's character. The projects included adapting the marketing of global Decathlon products to the Israeli consumer, among other things, introducing familiar characteristic elements to invite the Israeli consumer to connect with the brand. Despite the adaptation, throughout the project, the character and brand values ​​that symbolize it were maintained at a global level.
